Steven Furtick's Million Dollar Mansion

The pastor of a North Carolina megachurch is blessing the Lord for just that — claiming that the $1.7 million mega-house he's building is a gift from his creator.

Steven Furtick, 33, shepherds a flock of nearly 14,000 evangelical Christians every weekend at North Carolina's Elevation Church. He was in 2012 under fire for building a 16,000 square foot house in Weddington, N.C.
